The App is available to public users and is designed for field attendance, customer development, store visits, and field work management. UwinFly ("we," "our," or "us") respects your privacy. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, store, share, and protect information when you use the UWINFLY FORCE field sales and mobile productivity application and related services.

2.1 Account and Profile Information

  • Login account, user ID, name, role, department, region, and profile information provided by users or configured in the app.
  • Authentication status, token, language preference, and account settings.

2.2 Location and Attendance Information

  • Precise and approximate GPS coordinates, address, location accuracy, location source, and time of location capture.
  • Attendance check-in and check-out records, including timestamp, selected address, abnormal status, and verification status.
  • Mock-location detection status used to protect attendance authenticity.

2.3 Photos and Uploaded Files

  • Attendance photos, customer or store photos, visit photos, and compressed or watermarked images.
  • Photo metadata generated by the App, including watermark text, time, address, longitude, and latitude.

2.4 Field Work Data

  • Customer development records, store or site information, visit records, support content, follow-up remarks, work plans, leave records, statistics, and work record details.
  • Contact details entered into the App, such as store owner name, contact phone, address, brand, cooperation intention, and visit result.

2.5 Device and Technical Information

  • Device operating system, App version, network information, request logs, and diagnostic information.
  • Camera and location permission status required for field attendance and photo capture functions.

3. How We Use Information

  • Provide account login, role permissions, and identity verification.
  • Complete attendance check-in/check-out and verify location authenticity.
  • Generate watermarked photos and field work records.
  • Support customer development, store visits, work plans, statistics, and usage reports.
  • Prevent fraud, virtual location abuse, unauthorized access, and data tampering.
  • Maintain system security, troubleshoot errors, improve App performance, and provide support.
  • Comply with applicable laws, service rules, audits, and dispute resolution requirements.

4. Permissions Used by the App

  • Location: used for attendance, address selection, store visits, and location verification. The App does not request Android background location permission.
  • Camera: used to take attendance, customer, store, and visit photos.
  • Network: used to communicate with servers, upload photos, and load policy pages.

5. Sharing and Disclosure

We do not sell your personal information. Information may be shared only as necessary with:

  • Authorized account administrators or workspace managers where the user chooses to join or create a workspace.
  • Cloud storage, server, and infrastructure providers used to host data and uploaded files.
  • Map, geocoding, and location service providers used to display or resolve addresses.
  • Legal, regulatory, audit, or dispute resolution parties where required by law or legitimate business needs.

6. Data Storage and Security

We use reasonable administrative, technical, and organizational safeguards to protect information against unauthorized access, loss, misuse, alteration, or disclosure. Data is transmitted through secure network channels where applicable. Access is limited based on account roles and user authorization.

7. Data Retention

We retain account, attendance, location, photo, and field work records for as long as necessary to provide app services, comply with legal or audit obligations, resolve disputes, prevent fraud, and maintain service records. Retention periods may vary depending on workspace settings and applicable law.

8. Your Rights and Choices

  • You may request access, correction, or deletion of applicable personal data.
  • You may log out or use the in-app account deletion entry to clear current login status.
  • For deletion of account data or field work records, please contact support, your workspace administrator, or privacy@uwinfly.cloud.
  • Some records may not be immediately deleted if retention is required for legal, compliance, audit, dispute resolution, or legitimate service purposes.

9. Children's Privacy

The App is intended for general users who need field sales and mobile productivity tools and is not directed to children under 13 years of age. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children.

10. International Processing

Your information may be processed in countries or regions where we, our affiliates, or service providers operate. We take appropriate measures to protect information according to this Privacy Policy and applicable laws.

11. Changes to this Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Updated versions will be posted on this page or presented in the App. Please review it periodically.
